Maria Jimenez DVM

Dr. Jimenez has a Master’s degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico and obtained her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Jimenez has worked as a large and companion animal practitioner for almost twenty-four years.  Her work is mostly limited to companion animals (dogs and cats), exotic pets (rabbits, hamsters, chinchillas) and large animals (horses, goats, and alpacas). She has been involved with numerous humane organizations such as the Humane Society of Greater Dayton, SICSA, and the Office of Latino Affairs of Wright State University.  Her pastimes include running, kickboxing, and sewing. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she is bilingual (Spanish and English). She has been married for thirty years to an Air Force Reservist and has two grown children.

Dr. Jimenez joined Hills and Dales Veterinary Clinic in 2011.
